After the survey has been completed your new boiler will be installed! The grant may cover the full cost or the majority of the cost of the installation. It is completely free to enquire.

If it's free, who's funding it?

The UK’s Free Boiler Grant Scheme is supported by the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) program, funded 100% by the country’s largest energy providers. Launched in 2013, the ECO program aims to reduce energy consumption and tackle fuel poverty. The latest phase, ECO4, is scheduled to continue until June 2026.

How much will I save with a new boiler?

If you have an old boiler that is inefficient, you could well be wasting as much as 35p for every £1 you spend!

By upgrading to an A-rated boiler, which will usually operate at an energy efficiency level greater than 90%, could mean than far less than 10p of every £1 spent heating your home would be going to waste. This means that you could save as much as £300 on energy bills over the course of a year with a new boiler.

How long does installation take?

We know that you will be keen to know how long it will take to get your new boiler installed and heating their home, especially if their current boiler has issues.

Usually, we will have your new boiler installed and up and running within 2-3 weeks from your application. On occasions this can be even sooner. However, in the event that a third party service, such as new gas supply to the property is required, then the process can take a little longer. The costs of a new gas supply would not be covered by the scheme, although it is possible that other funding could be available to cover this.

Isn't it too much hard work to get a boiler grant?

Getting a free boiler grant is easy when you let us handle it on your behalf. Once you get in touch with us, we’ll check on your eligibility, and if you qualify, we’ll deal with the grant process for you.
